If you are currently serving in a leadership position or considering stepping into some kind of leadership role in any part of Fellowship life, we strongly encourage you to consider this 6 session workshop designed to help build leadership capacity within the congregation. 

This group will meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday evenings in February, March, and April from 6:30 to 8:30. There will be pre-work and homework for the in-between weeks when we do not meet.

Your facilitators will be the Director of Religious Exploration, Skyla King-Christison, and your UUFC Treasurer, Michael Hughes. We're here to answer any questions you might have as you decide whether this is the right workshop for you, and to co-create a meaningful and engaging exploration of what it means to be a congregational leader for all who choose to join us on this path.
