We pass resolutions. We hold covenant workshops. We say, with complete sincerity, that everyone belongs here. And then certain people leave, quietly, without explanation, and we wonder why.
This four-session series for congregational leaders is built around a single question: whose presence do we actually work to protect? Through storytelling, honest conversation, and hands-on activities, we'll examine the systems we've built, the people those systems serve, and the specific changes we can make in our own spheres of leadership to close the gap between our values and our practice.
We highly encourage all who attended the Harvest the Power workshop to view this as a deepening extention of that work. AND anyone at all interested in systems and power are most welcome to join us!
