Free childcare for Fellowship events can often be arranged for registered children by completing this form 1-2 weeks in advance of an event. The more lead time you give us, the more likely we are to be able to find appropriate care.

When a care team has been secured, the requesting adult will be notified and connected directly with the care team by email. 

Please note that there may be times when a request cannot be accommodated because of the lack of availability of our care providers. Also, note that we do not provide childcare on a "just in case" basis. Please only fill out this form if you are a parent or guardian planning to attend an event.

Childcare teams consist of a combination of the youth staff and volunteers. All caregivers are background-checked and serve in teams of two, in alignment with our child safety policies. outh staff are paid from a childcare fund generously provided by the Bob Ozretitch Memorial endowment. 

Only children who are registered in one of our RE programs are eligible for care. This ensures that we have adequate emergency information on file.
