Free childcare for Fellowship events can often be arranged for registered children by completing this form 1-2 weeks in advance of an event. The more lead time you give us, the more likely we are to be able to find appropriate care.

When a care team has been secured, the requesting parent and event facilitator will be notified and connected directly with the care team by email. 

Please note that there may be times when a request cannot be accommodated because of the lack of availability of our care providers. Also, note that we do not provide childcare on a "just in case" basis. Please only fill out this form if you are a parent committed to attending.

Childcare teams consist of a combination of the Grandfolks Squad members and youth staff. Grandfolks are background-checked volunteers who serve in teams of two to provide free childcare during Fellowship events. Our youth staff are also background checked, but paid from a childcare fund generously provided by the Bob Ozretitch Memorial endowment, to work with the Grandfolks when a complete childcare team cannot be obtained from our volunteer pool. 

Only children who are registered in one of our RE programs are eligible for care from the Granfolks Squad. This ensures that we have adequate emergency information on file.
