Thank you for offering to be part of the luncheon team for June 20, 2026. We will be preparing food and serving everyone on the following schedule:
Friday, June 19th, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. UUFC Kitchen
• Food preparation
Saturday, June 20th, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., UUFC Kitchen & Social Hall, Deck
• Food preparation and cooking
• Set up buffet line and tables
• Dishes and cleaning
• Final clean-up
Generally, we need about 8-10 volunteers throughout each day. Please let us know your interests and availability. Keep in mind we all may need to participate in multiple roles to make this event a success.
Also, if you volunteer at least one hour of your time, you are welcome to join us for lunch at no cost as a thank you.
