Get corn at Winco
Supervise corn shucking
Steam corn
Pick up tables and grill at Special Occasions on Friday and return them on Tuesday (you must have a pickup truck or other large cargo vehicle)
Prep tuna Monday morning (three people)
Drink Master to mix lemonade and refill the dispenser jugs as needed (1-2 people)
Barbecuers (many people taking turns, starting at 4:15)
Charcoal igniter
Set-up starting at 3:00 (4 people)
Clean up starting at 7:00 (at least 4 people)
Arrange potluck food on long tables
