Please fill out the following information to register for our Brilliant Minds Retreat on January 20th from 1pm-5pm.

With this retreat, we aspire to spread awareness of neuro/psydivergence issues and perspectives.

We also hope that this gathering will spark curiosity in those unfamiliar with neuro/psydivergence as a concept.

We want to encourage meeting each other, regardless of our backgrounds and identities, in the middle with respect, compassion, and understanding.

We encourage the questioning of commonly held tropes and stereotypes held against neuro/psydivergent minds, and lovingly challenge attitudes that close off minds to new ideas and opportunities.

We all need to learn how to coexist with each other as human beings.

All minds are Brilliant Minds.

Neurodiversity/psydiversity is a general idea that is inclusive of the different ways that people may be in and experience reality. Such differences may be categorized medically, psychologically, socially, or personally. What they all involve are variances of perception, cognition, emotion, behavior, or social interaction. Current designators for this range of human phenomena include the autism spectrum, tourette’s syndrome, attention divergence, dyspraxia, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dementia, synesthesia, obsessive compulsive syndrome, among others. These and related phenomena are often set apart from widely assumed but seldom defined norms. Neuro/psydiversity characteristics are certainly unique ways of being human in a complex world.
