Please join us for the Annual Youth River Float on August 24th!
Meet the group at Michael's Landing near the Old Spaghetti Factory at noon for a safety briefing and departure. We will hop out at Hyak Park in Albany somewhere around 6 PM. Youth who have permission to ride with our advisors will be dropped off at the Fellowship during the ice cream social at 7. Those not riding with advisors will need to have a ride present around 6. Due to the unpredictable nature of float times, expect to be flexible about the pickup time.
Youth should bring and wear a life vest and bring sunscreen, water bottles, and a sack dinner. If you do not have a life vest, please contact Skyla so we can start finding one for you.
Youth should wear layers, as the temperatures can fluctuate dramatically at that hour. Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet. You WILL get wet from head to toe on this adventure.
Completion of this form registers your youth for this particular event. The
annual YRUU registration form with emergency informatio and acknowledgement of rules is required before attending any UUFC youth event.
